Loyalty programme

Our loyalty programme has been developed with the aim of maintaining positive relationships with our customers. We make every effort to make shopping in our shop as attractive and satisfying, both in terms of the quality of our products and the prices. The detailed rules of the of the programme are presented in the regulations below.

Loyalty programme rules

1. When shopping in our shop (excluding shipping costs), for every 1 zloty spent you will be awarded 1 point in the loyalty programme,

2. Points can additionally be obtained for performing the following actions:

   Activity	You get
   subscribing to our newsletter	20 points
   rating a product	1 point
   adding a product review	5 points
   inclusion of a photograph of the product in the opinion	15 points
   rating the order	1 point
   adding an opinion about your order	5 points

3. Accumulated points can then be exchanged for percentage discounts. Points can be accumulated while the maximum discount on the next order is 10%,
4. The discount thresholds are set out in section 15,
5. To participate in the loyalty programme, it is necessary to set up an account in our shop,
6. The points for your order are awarded automatically, 24 hours after the order has been paid in full,
7. Points are not time-barred,
8. In the event of a return or cancellation of an order, the discount points for a given order will be cancelled,
9. In the event of a partial return or partial cancellation of an order order, the points will be recalculated on the basis of based on the current value of the order,
10. The points discount cannot be combined with other promotions or with other discount coupons,
11. At the time of the loyalty programme, we reserve the right to amend its terms and conditions at any time. New programme rules will be published in the terms and conditions.
12. We reserve the right to terminate the loyalty programme at any time,
13. The rules of the loyalty programme are valid at the time of ordering. Future changes to the rules, including changes to the percentage thresholds, will not affect the the discount to which you are currently entitled,
14. The loyalty programme applies to orders placed exclusively via the online shop,
15. The discount thresholds are as follows:
